Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply throughout:

• "Platform" refers to the hk99 website accessible at hk99.biz, including all sub-pages, services, games, betting markets, and features made available therein.
• "Account" refers to a registered player account created on the hk99 Platform by an eligible individual.
• "Player" / "You" / "User" refers to any individual who accesses, browses, registers with, or otherwise uses the hk99 Platform in any capacity.
• "BDT" refers to the Bangladeshi Taka (৳), the currency in which all transactions on hk99 are denominated.
• "Bet" refers to any wager placed by a Player on any sports market, live event, casino game, or other gaming product available on the Platform.
• "Bonus Funds" refers to any promotional credit, free bet, free spin value, or incentive credited to a Player's account by hk99 as part of a promotional offer.
• "Real Balance" refers to funds deposited into a Player's account via a recognised payment method, net of any withdrawals and applicable fees.
• "KYC" (Know Your Customer) refers to the identity and address verification process required by hk99 before processing withdrawals above specified thresholds.
• "Wagering Requirement" refers to the number of times Bonus Funds must be wagered before they can be converted to Real Balance and withdrawn.
• "Self-Exclusion" refers to a voluntary restriction mechanism by which a Player requests to be blocked from accessing their hk99 account for a defined period.

Eligibility

Access to and use of the hk99 Platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements, which must be satisfied at all times during which a Player maintains an active account:

2.1 Age Requirement

You must be at least 21 years of age to register an account or place any bet on hk99. hk99 applies a strict 21+ policy across all products including sports betting, live casino, and slot games. Players found to be under the age of 21 will have their accounts closed immediately, all pending bets voided, and any remaining balance returned to the source payment method after deduction of any bonus funds received.

2.2 Jurisdictional Eligibility

It is the Player's sole responsibility to ensure that online betting is not explicitly prohibited under the laws of their jurisdiction before registering with hk99. hk99 does not represent or warrant that the use of the Platform is legal in any particular jurisdiction. Players accessing the Platform from jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited do so entirely at their own risk and legal liability.

2.3 Single Account Rule

Each individual Player is entitled to hold one (1) active hk99 account at any given time. The existence of more than one account registered to the same person — whether under the same name, address, device, IP address, payment method, or any combination thereof — constitutes a breach of these Terms. hk99 reserves the right to close duplicate accounts, forfeit all associated balances, and permanently ban the underlying individual from the Platform.

2.4 Excluded Persons

The following persons are not eligible to hold an hk99 account: employees of hk99 or any of its affiliated entities; immediate family members of such employees residing in the same household; individuals who have previously been permanently banned from hk99 for breach of these Terms; and individuals who have voluntarily self-excluded from the Platform and whose self-exclusion period has not expired.

Account Registration & Verification

3.1 Registration

To use any real-money feature of the hk99 Platform, you must complete the registration process in full. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, a valid email address, and a mobile number linked to your bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay account. Providing false or misleading information during registration constitutes an immediate breach of these Terms.

3.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your hk99 login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your account credentials with any third party. Any activity conducted through your account — whether authorised by you or not — is your responsibility. hk99 strongly recommends enabling SMS OTP two-factor authentication to protect your account. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must contact hk99 support immediately.

3.3 KYC Verification

hk99 reserves the right to request identity verification (KYC) documents from any Player at any time. KYC is mandatory for all withdrawal requests exceeding ৳5,000 per transaction. Accepted documents include a valid National Identity Card (NID), passport, or driver's licence alongside proof of payment method ownership. Failure to provide satisfactory KYC documents within 14 calendar days of a request will result in the suspension of withdrawal privileges until verification is completed.

3.4 Account Closure by Player

Players who wish to close their hk99 account may do so by contacting customer support. Upon closure, any Real Balance remaining in the account will be returned to the registered payment method within 5 business days, provided KYC requirements have been met. Bonus Funds are forfeited upon voluntary account closure.

Deposits, Withdrawals & Payment Terms

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

hk99 currently accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, Mastercard, Dutch-Bangla Bank, and BRAC Bank. All transactions are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). hk99 does not accept cryptocurrency payments, third-party payments, or payments originating from accounts not registered in the Player's own name.

4.2 Deposit Processing

Deposits made via mobile banking methods (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) are credited to the Player's hk99 account within 60 seconds of successful transaction confirmation. Card and bank transfer deposits may take up to 24 hours to reflect. The minimum deposit amount is ৳500. hk99 does not charge fees on deposits; however, your mobile banking provider may apply their own transaction charges.

4.3 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests submitted by KYC-verified Players are processed within 30 minutes to the registered bKash or Nagad account. Withdrawals to bank accounts may take up to 3 business days. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. hk99 reserves the right to perform additional verification checks on any withdrawal request, which may extend processing times. Zero withdrawal fees apply to mobile banking withdrawals.

4.4 Withdrawal Restrictions

Withdrawals are only permitted to payment methods that have been previously used to make a deposit into the same account, or to a verified payment method registered in the Player's name. Bonus Funds cannot be withdrawn until all applicable wagering requirements have been met. Withdrawals may be withheld pending completion of a fraud or compliance review.

4.5 Currency

All account balances, bets, bonuses, and transactions on hk99 are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). hk99 does not offer multi-currency accounts. Players depositing via Visa or Mastercard from international issuers should be aware that their card issuer may apply a foreign currency conversion fee, which is outside hk99's control.

Bonuses & Promotional Offers

5.1 Bonus Eligibility

All promotional offers published on hk99 are subject to individual terms and conditions specified at the point of the offer. Unless stated otherwise, bonuses are available to Players who hold a valid, verified hk99 account in good standing. hk99 reserves the right to restrict bonus eligibility based on the Player's deposit method, location, or account history.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

All Bonus Funds are subject to wagering requirements before they can be converted to Real Balance and withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier for each bonus is stated in the specific promotional terms. Unless otherwise specified, wagering requirements must be completed within 30 calendar days of the bonus being credited. Bonus Funds that have not met wagering requirements within this window will be automatically forfeited without notice.

5.3 Bonus Abuse

hk99 monitors bonus usage patterns using automated systems and manual review. Behaviour that constitutes bonus abuse — including but not limited to low-variance betting strategies designed to convert bonus funds with minimal risk, exploitation of system errors, use of multiple accounts to claim the same offer, or coordinated bonus exploitation — will result in forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings, and may result in permanent account closure.

5.4 Promotional Changes

hk99 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotional offer at any time without prior notice. Players who have already opted into a promotional offer at the time of modification will be subject to the terms that were in force when they opted in, provided those terms did not themselves specify that hk99 may vary them.

Sports Betting Rules

6.1 Bet Acceptance

All bets placed on hk99 are subject to acceptance at hk99's sole discretion. hk99 reserves the right to refuse, limit, or restrict any bet from any Player at any time without being required to provide a reason. Bets are only valid once a bet reference number has been issued and the bet appears in the Player's account history.

6.2 Odds & Market Settlement

Sports betting markets on hk99 are settled in accordance with the official result declared by the relevant governing body — including the International Cricket Council (ICC), Bangladesh Cricket Board (BCB), FIFA, and other recognised authorities. In cases where no official result is available, hk99's trading team will settle markets based on the best available evidence. Settlement decisions made by hk99 in good faith are final.

6.3 Manifestly Incorrect Odds

hk99 reserves the right to void any bet placed at odds that were manifestly incorrect due to a system error, human error, or data feed failure. Manifest error is defined as odds so far removed from true market value that no reasonable person could believe them to be genuine. Affected Players will be notified and their stake returned.

6.4 In-Play Betting

In-play (live) betting markets are subject to rapid change. hk99 cannot guarantee that markets will remain open throughout an event. Markets may be suspended at any time during live events at hk99's discretion. Bets placed during a suspension period will be voided and stakes returned.

6.5 Cricket Betting Specifics

For BPL, IPL, ICC T20 World Cup, and all bilateral series involving Bangladesh, the following additional rules apply: if a match is abandoned due to weather or other external factors before a Duckworth-Lewis-Stern result can be calculated, all pre-match bets on match winner will be voided and stakes returned. Live in-play bets that have been fully settled at the time of abandonment remain settled. Individual player performance bets (runs, wickets, boundaries) require the player to take part in the relevant innings; otherwise the bet is voided.

Casino & Slot Games

7.1 Game Availability

The availability of specific casino games and slot titles on hk99 may vary at any time. hk99 does not guarantee the continued availability of any particular game. Games are subject to maintenance, replacement, or removal at the discretion of the game provider or hk99 without prior notice.

7.2 Random Number Generation

All casino and slot games available on hk99 — whether supplied by Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, Ezugi, or any other provider — use certified random number generator (RNG) technology that has been independently tested and audited. The integrity of game outcomes is the sole responsibility of the respective game provider. hk99 does not manipulate game outcomes.

7.3 Disconnection During Play

In the event of a disconnection or technical fault during a casino game round, the round will be completed or voided in accordance with the game provider's rules. If a round cannot be determined to have completed successfully, the bet will be voided and the stake returned to the Player's Real Balance. hk99 is not liable for losses arising from Player-side connectivity issues.

7.4 Jackpot Games

Progressive jackpot amounts are displayed as estimates and may fluctuate in real time. In the event of a jackpot malfunction, hk99 will make reasonable efforts to honour the jackpot win to the extent it can be verified. Jackpot winnings exceeding ৳50,000 may be subject to extended verification and paid out in instalments at hk99's discretion.

Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the hk99 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, balance forfeiture, and permanent exclusion from the Platform:

• Opening more than one account on the hk99 Platform under any name or identity.
• Using automated bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any software designed to interact with the Platform without human input.
• Engaging in match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any form of corrupt activity in relation to any sporting event offered on hk99.
• Colluding with other Players in casino or live dealer games to gain an unfair advantage.
• Exploiting technical errors, system bugs, or software vulnerabilities to obtain credits, place bets, or access features not ordinarily available.
• Attempting to launder money or use hk99 for any financial transaction linked to criminal activity.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using payment methods not registered in the Player's own name to deposit or withdraw funds.
• Accessing the Platform using a VPN, proxy, or other technology to circumvent geographic restrictions.
• Engaging in systematic arbitrage or abuse of hk99's odds in coordination with other platforms or individuals.

Account Suspension & Termination

9.1 Suspension by hk99

hk99 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate any Player account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances: breach of any provision of these Terms; reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity; failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe; receipt of a request from a payment provider or law enforcement authority; or any other circumstance in which hk99 reasonably believes that continued account access poses a risk to the platform, other players, or third parties.

9.2 Effect of Termination

Upon account termination for breach of these Terms, hk99 reserves the right to withhold the entire account balance pending a compliance review. If the review concludes that the Player has engaged in prohibited conduct, hk99 may forfeit all or part of the balance. If the review finds no wrongdoing, the Real Balance (excluding Bonus Funds) will be returned to the Player's verified payment method within 14 business days.

9.3 Appeals

Players who believe their account has been suspended or terminated in error may contact hk99 support at [email protected] to submit a formal appeal. hk99 will review appeals within 14 business days and communicate its decision in writing. The decision of hk99's compliance team following an appeal process is final.

Intellectual Property

All content on the hk99 Platform — including but not limited to the hk99 brand name, logo, visual design, written content, software code, game interfaces, and promotional materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of hk99 or its licensed content providers. No content from the hk99 Platform may be reproduced, distributed, published, or used for any commercial or non-commercial purpose without the express prior written consent of hk99.

Game content supplied by third-party studios including Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi remains the intellectual property of the respective studio and is licensed to hk99 for display on the Platform. Players may not record, stream, reproduce, or redistribute game content from hk99 without the express written permission of both hk99 and the relevant game studio.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, hk99 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the hk99 Platform. This limitation applies regardless of whether the liability arises in contract, tort, negligence, statute, or any other legal theory.

Without limiting the foregoing, hk99 specifically disclaims liability for: losses arising from interruptions to Platform availability caused by maintenance, technical failure, or circumstances beyond hk99's reasonable control; decisions made by Players based on information displayed on the Platform; errors in odds, scores, or statistics supplied by third-party data providers; and losses attributable to a Player's breach of these Terms.

hk99's aggregate liability to any individual Player in respect of any single event or series of related events shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the 30 calendar days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Privacy & Data Protection

hk99 collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms & Conditions. By registering an account on hk99, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

hk99 employs 256-bit SSL encryption to protect all data transmitted between your browser and the Platform. Personal data is stored on secure servers and is not sold, rented, or disclosed to any third party except as required by law or as described in the Privacy Policy.

Responsible Gaming

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. In the event of a dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of the hk99 Platform, the parties agree to first attempt resolution through hk99's internal complaints process as described in Section 9.3 above.

Nothing in these Terms affects any statutory rights you may have as a consumer under applicable law. hk99 does not seek to exclude any liability that cannot be excluded by law.
